For choice and unusual plants grown and sold in a beautiful garden

Plants

Oenothera organensis (Organ Mountains Evening Primrose) A very rare and beautiful plant from New Mexico but has been perfectly hardy here (came though winter of 2009 unscathed) on a well drained soil. Candy red-striped buds like unopened umbrellas and large soft yellow, scented flowers remind me of Joderell bank radio telescopes. Sterile and therefore long flowering. Recommended.
